The chemically defined,protein and peptide-free ChoMaster minimal media are used for the long-term preservation,gene transfection,rountine maintenance and mass cultivation of Chinese Hamster Ovary(CHO) cells,particularly CHO-K1,CHO-DUKXB11 AND CHO-DG44 CELLS.
Description：
KIT,whih HEPES,without L-glutamine.Is use to generate a freezing mixture for the long-term storage of pre-selected growing CHO cells. Furthermore,the medium is particularly siuted for the gene transfection & clone selection.
